Luke Rasmussen, known as PhLuke Photos, makes rainbows that enlighten the desert at night. With his unfathomable long-exposure photography and rock climbing abilities, he creates trails of hues that length the tallness of tall developments. Rasmussen does this by strong LED lights to his body and afterward leaving the screen on his camera open.
